I  am a licensed clinical social worker with a passion for supporting survivors of sexual trauma discover their best, empowered selves. I'm a career-changer who transitioned from filmmaker to therapist to not only help others find purpose and healing in their lives, but to follow my own inner voice urging me to contribute to the world in a more purposeful, genuine way. I  am a queer identified woman of Armenian heritage and hope to create a space for my clients to find community, 

I  specialize in providing EMDR and integrate other modalities into my EMDR practice as needed. I  am EMDRIA trained and currently gaining hours toward certification. 

I provide a safe space for LGBTQ+ identified individuals and people in all forms of relationships and bring a sex-positive lens to therapy.

 I’m a licensed clinical social worker currently working for the Department of State Hospitals. In that setting, I create and lead trainings in trauma informed care to promote a culture of empathy and compassion in a system long overdue for such a change. And although I am dedicated to transforming organizational culture, I am equally passionate as a therapist in helping individuals develop self-empowerment, guiding exploration of childhood circumstances and identifying links between learned expectations and behavior.  Throughout my twenty years of experience, I have focused on treating those suffering with addiction, personality disorders and issues related to trauma. I am driven to provide you with a challenging, yet safe space to motivate growth and change. I  specialize in Schema Therapy.
